I was advised to request these blood tests, etc. by the assistant of Ritchie C Shoemaker MD PA http://www.moldwarriors.com/lab-definitions.htm
My doctor said the blood tests Dr. Shoemaker recommends are too expensive and too new. What should I do?
"The tests aren't new; they have been in use for a long time. The blood tests that we use are standard in commercial laboratories and insurance reimbursable. The illness that you have has already defied diagnosis, and the standard tests used, such as a CBC or simple metabolic profiles, don't show any abnormalities. The blood tests listed at the end of this book will profile your illness and show you what's wrong. In fact, not doing those blood tests and not knowing whats wrong is what's really too expensive!?
Dear Michele & Delia,
When this whole issue goes to trial (& you know as well as I do that it will), it is not going to look good when a jury finds out that PSU's Health Center was given information which came from leading toxicologists that have studied mold related issues since the first Star Wars movie was still in vogue. Especially when they told you, and myself that I had an appointment to come in and see Dr. C for BLOOD WORK + a follow up and when I got there they patronizingly had me pee in an cup and disregarded all the simple tests that ANY lab has the ability to perform.
Someone needs to let the ignorant know the legal repercussions of such blatantly neglectful behavior of the medical staff at the college. They are picking up where CVPH left off & begging to be another name mentioned in the suit.
Please get through to these people that if they do not write me a refill & get me these simple tests:

http://www.moldwarriors.com/PDFs/specimenrequirement.pdf
then they can expect to be ripped up in a court of law once this entire issue goes to trial:

Ignorance is no longer an excuse, because the facts are as plain as day. Any doctor worth their salt that can read can attest to the fact that the tests I am requesting are valid, able to be performed at the college Health Center, etc.
Thank you for your help,
Pete Helfrich

Hi Miriam,
I was advised to request these blood tests, etc. by the assistant of Ritchie C Shoemaker MD PA http://www.moldwarriors.com/lab-definitions.htm
Can a legal letter of request of these test be run so as to avoid 15 more Dr.'s refusing to run proper blood work due to ignorance, arrogance & or other character flaws not listed above?
I have enclosed the links to these proper tests:
